We offer dynamic and fun Group Fitness Classes, Personal Training, Nutrition Advice, Body Composition Analysis & Athlete Training.

Patricia is a qualified Personal and Group Trainer. She has also studied nutrition and has many years of boxing and kickboxing training. Training for over 10 years, she loves nothing more than helping others reach their goals whether it be losing weight, building strength or just enjoying exercise as well as teaching people to live a healthy active life.
Likes: Fresh air, the beach, music, socialising and horror movies
Dislikes: Eating animal products, cigarettes, spiders and fake people

Gary loves working with Children, Teens and Adults to help them achieve their goals whether that be building their confidence to be able to participate, enjoy & excel in sport or simply to enjoy having an active lifestyle.
Likes: All Music, Fitness, Family, Big Boy Toys, Travel & Good Old Fashioned Pubs.
Dislikes: Soft Drinks, All You Can Eat Restaurants & Winter.

After successfully playing Basketball and AFL in his junior years, Tyler enjoys encouraging other kids and adults to enjoy the challenge of regular fitness training by simply making it fun! He has a great positive attitude and loves making the gym a happy place for people to be.
Likes: Most sports, Most music, Friday drinks, Games, The Outdoors, 2000’s cartoons.
Dislikes: Traffic, Olives, Coffee, Country music, Reality TV.
BOOKING SYSTEM
ALL classes can only be booked and paid for online through the AthleteStar website.
Classes have limited spaces. Book your Group Fitness Classes asap after booking your pass.
INJURIES AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS
If you have any physical or medical conditions that may be affected by exercise or are pregnant, please seek medical clearance from your doctor prior to participating in any class. Please inform the instructor of any medical concerns prior to class commencing.
CLASS ETIQUETTE
You are required to bring your own sweat towel to all Group Fitness classes. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear. At all times, follow the instructor's direction in regards to technique and safety cues.
HYDRATION
We recommend that you bring a water bottle to each class. Water is also available for purchase in our group fitness studio.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS AND REDUCED HOURS
Strictly NO refunds for missed classes.
If the forecast maximum temperature exceeds 35 degrees, some Group Fitness classes may be cancelled for health and safety reasons. Please check our facebook page for updated advice.
